• Agreement: By making a reservation with Housr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and require pre-payment.

• Rates: The rates shown on the website are for the room only and exclude taxes unless otherwise specified.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

• Check-out: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Payments

• Pre-payment: All reservations require pre-payment.

• Incidental Charges: Charges for any additional services will be added to your account. You are responsible for all charges incurred during your stay.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards.

• Settlement: All bills must be settled before check-out.

Guest Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff.

• Prohibited Conduct: Offensive, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour, including loud noise, harassment, or intoxication, is not permitted and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Property Access & Security

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for locking their room doors when leaving.

• Housr's Right to Access: Housr reserves the right to enter guest rooms for maintenance or emergency purposes.

Liability

• Disclaimer: Housr is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property unless caused by Housr's negligence.

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to Housr property.

Data Privacy

• Data Collection: We may collect personal information from you during the reservation process.

• Data Use: Your information will be used to manage your reservation and stay in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications

• Changes to Terms: Housr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India.
